Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Idáh tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
